Feedback gevenStaff approached very unprofessional when their POS terminal faulted during processing my credit card. It keeps saying COM Error. I used three different cards but still the same fault. The lady and the man at the register trying to convince me that?smy cards? issue, while you of t need to be IT savvy or English professor to understand the root cause from the Error message.It?s was clear? it?s a communication issue. (COM Communication). After a couple of cash paying customers, I tried one moretime and this time the transaction was done completely. The cashier (youg man) still trying to convince me that was my card?sissue. I understand it?s hard to learn from your customers but at least be quiet and learn? it?s good for your future kiddo!! Iwas so disappointed that I don?t thing would go back to Dunkin at least for a while. You guys are not Tesla with no competitor.Try to attract by manner not to reject American people!
Very good location and Alot of donuts selections. I love that they have matcha ???? latte
This Dunkin was a nightmare!!! It seemed as if the young people who worked there were each marching to their own beat rather than working as a team. It took my sis and I over 15 mins to get a Matcha Latte and some snackin bacon. Then the Latte wasn'tmade properly. Smh. Y'all have to do better!!!
Couldn 't provide a frozen coffee at frozen temperature. Didn 't give Correct change back. When manager was asked regarding change, language barrier b.s excuse was given. Typical dunkin donut quality
God awful Dunkin? do not come here if you care about how your coffee tastes. These reviews aren?t overreacting, they actually refuse to give the slightest amount of extra creamer etc and ask you to pay.
