Feedback gevenI often come to the Trois-Rivières branch, I have always received excellent service.But this week particularly by the manager, she was attentive to my 2 children by offering to put the spicy sauces in a separate bowl.And the cashier had forgotten to put my extra toppings (the manager heard me say it) and she handled the situation without reprimanding the cashier. :)Beautiful atmosphere and the employees are super nice!!
Excellent food but crime that the cooking of the chicken takes a long time....
Excellent service from the employees despite the busyness. Everything was fresh and delicious. Very generous in the chicken pieces.
I am a customer and an occasional delivery person and today I had a delivery around 6:30 p.m., I arrived at the remainder. There was a girl available and two boys busy with the task. Once in front of the counter, I receive no greeting or look from her, I ask her if it is possible for her to give me the order. She asks me to confirm the order and asks me to show her my cell phone. Subsequently, she replied “I don’t give a damn, I’m doing my job” (very disrespectful to address anyone like this when I’m being courteous). What kind of customer service does she advocate when she is the image of a company? I will therefore no longer be a customer and will no longer deliver for this restaurant: I do not encourage this type of arrogant behavior.
I have already tasted your restaurant, but only the one in Quebec. That was delicious. My 2 star vote is mainly for the service it is given.I am not a customer, I deliver for Uber or Doordash. You can expect a higher waiting time when there are a lot of people, but the fact that customer orders for delivery are always at the bottom of the list, or even delayed by several customers is horrible.I had time to see the queue completely empty of people who arrived in front of me with an order that was theoretically done before them (by the time the delivery man arrived), and even see those who arrived later!I'm normally patient, but on two orders today that I made, I had to wait between 20 and 30 minutes. I hope the message is told to employees.
