Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the hotel made for a pleasant experience in Pompei. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the historical sites, and the view of Mount Vesuvius was a nice bonus. The tasty breakfasts kept us going all day. Would definitely recommend. For my birthday I was given a spa package at this splendid hotel in the heart of Pompeii by one of my best friends and so to make the experience even more magical I decided to add to the gift a one night stay with breakfast together with my lad. Well, what can I say, we were absolutely satisfied. I had already been here in the summer for an evening on the Rooftop and I had already noticed the beauty of the place even just passing by, but thanks to my stay I can confirm that my first impression was fully confirmed. The hotel is truly beautiful, furnished in a particular way and with great taste, the hall in fact leaves you speechless. The room assigned to us had a beautiful view of Vesuvius and waking up in the morning was unique. The room is equipped with all the necessary comforts, ditto the bathroom but the thing that drove us crazy was the mega bed, truly wonderful! The following morning after a sweet awakening, we had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant area, super special, everything was delicious and above all lots of options to choose from. Then we moved on to the spa, welcomed in a super kind manner by Mrs. Patrizia who took care of us, we began our journey in total relaxation and tranquility, taking advantage of all the services available and excellent herbal teas and healthy snacks. The spa area is really well looked after, scented and gives you magical moments for a few hours. The staff who welcomed us in the evening and then followed us until our check-out were very kind and helpful, they explained everything to us precisely and were available for any need. Very nice rooms, neat and clean. Courteous and always available staff. Comfortable beds and quiet room. Only shower cap was missing in both rooms but probably an oversight. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
