I went there and a Philipino lady undercooked my chicken, when I came back to tell her it was undercooked she denied it and refused service and threatened tresspassing, I am deeply ashamed as I am an avid member of this community who never strays to try and make ponoka a better place. Never will I come back to ponoka kfc and recommend anyone and everyone to stay far away from this place. From undercooked CHICKEN to horrible customer service

Typically I always have an issue at KFC. However we got it tonight and WOW. it's so different. The popcorn chicken and fries were delicious. Excellent job on stepping up the service.

I don't reccomend going through the drive-thru at this location. There are two deep, deep potholes on either side where you are supposed to do the ordering, and they're positioned so that if you avoid one, you will definitely hit the other. It's also a very tight corner when turning to get to the pick-up window if you're in a truck or a bigger vehicle.The chicken is also a little bit too greasy, but at the same time; the gravy, french fries, and the coleslaw is all awesome.
