Really very good, very varied menu and really reasonable cost, informal environment and friendly staff and hand

A short distance from the FI-PI-LI, exit Pontedera, is this farmhouse a little isolated, with a parking lot for trucks and some places on the road. As soon as you arrive they bring you a lavender (according to me a little chaotic with the proposal of the day and the various menus at agreed price. There seems to be no effect on inflation. Ultimately good, a first, second coffee and contour to 15 euros is rare. Also the pleasure of doing some sort of dive in the past.

This trattoria is one of the places I always look for when traveling. It resembles in some ways the ancient trattorias of Lisbon hidden in some lane with somewhat anonymous signs and few reviews. One of those tractors frequented by real workers and truckers. They are very practical people, in fact when I called to know if they were open it is always August) they answered me with a yes that seemed more if I answer it is obvious.... then I asked if we could have lunch coming at about 14.00-14.30 and the second yes sounded rather like but captain all to me! There are many dishes and all cooked express. The portions are abundant and very good ingredients. For example chicken cotoletta is not of those frozen ready, no no, have the real chicken breast baked in the egg and fried to perfection. We took Tagliatelle with mushrooms, carbonara, two jumped spinach, a cotoletta, water and coffee 21,00 euros. For me it will be a fixed stop on FiPiLi trips also because it is really three minutes from the exit. Shhhh but don't say it too around is a place to defend jealously!!!
