Hour before closing time they had only thigh chic left over to serve which looked like it’d been there for a few hours on reserve. When we opened up the bag before driving off, there were old chips reheated and the worst chicken of any nature Returned it and kindly asked if it was possible to have some fresh fries and hot chic to which the customer service lady replied that we would have to wait 40 mins and I gladly replied it was not a problem In this time it seemed like it was reheated again and left to sit there until we returned 40 mins later as requested I’m disappointed because usually they are great
