Pizza Gogo - Poole

First and last time I'll collect from this place. I ordered two medium, pepperoni, and a BBQ chicken. Extremely salty, the base is poor quality and the meat toppings were limited. I should of known judging by the cheap £7.99 pizza I should of expected that. Having said that I've had Star Pizza at the same price but miles better Very poor

Whenever we order from this restaurant, it always takes forever to receive our food. Dominos, on the other hand, manages to deliver within 30 minutes of ordering. There are no phone calls or updates from this restaurant, and it always seems to be understaffed. If you want a pizza by 8pm, make sure to place your order by 5pm!

We use to order pizza from another brand, thought we would try Go-Go to see what it was like and we haven’t turned back. Fantastic service, fantastic pizza and at great prices. We order the two medium pizzas and two sides for £20 and that’s plenty. I’m working through the menu and am enjoying every pizza on there.

I decided to try PizzaGogo again today, but unfortunately, it was my third time having a bad experience with overcooked food. On two previous occasions, the pizza and cookies were disgusting. However, today the churros and cookies were good, but the pizza was amazing! As a regular customer, I have decided never to order from PizzaGogo again. I even left a message informing them that I am pregnant to ensure the food was well-cooked, as overcooked food can be dangerous. Unfortunately, it seems they did not bother to read my message. When I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, saying they didn't care that I was pregnant and that if I didn't like the food, it was my problem. This disrespectful attitude was unacceptable. I have been a customer for a year and know how the food should be served. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. The employee even told me not to order from there again. I hope this person is not the manager, as their lack of care for customers is concerning. PizzaGogo needs to prioritize their customers who pay their wages.

Been ordering from Pizza gogo regularly over the last few months and we are not bored of it at all! The pizzas are exceptionally good. The sides OK, just the standard stuff. As for the desserts, do try the choccie churros have not seen these anywhere else and they are great, delivered hot.
