Feedback gevenHad to repeat my order several times and the guy acknowledged it back to me( verbally) ..still got it wrong and ended getting overcharged for something we did not order nor want.
First and last visit. Ordered ahead as they suggested to save time using their app, and when we arrived we found the dining room locked. Nobody responded and there was a huge line at the drive through. After repeatedly knocking on the front door we finally called them and got somebody to answer and they finally give us our food. The guy at first, tried to tell us to go wait in the line! We asked hIm how does that make any sense to order ahead?
I’ve never had this problem before but when I came in I ordered what I usually get; a soft beef taco with no tomatoes. And today when I got my food it was a soft beef taco…and nothing else except cheese. No lettuce, no sour cream. Idk if I accidentally offended someone or if they were in a rush, I’ll still be coming back because mistakes happen!
Food was good. Service sucked. Took way too long to take my order. No one else in line. One gentleman at the drive-thru with his head buried in his phone. The other out of sight until he finally noticed us waiting to order (he watched us walk in). The food did not take long and was good. While we were eating, another customer walked in. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take their order (Drive-thru guy still has head stuck in his phone), then left obviously upset. These employees need some serious training in customer service, or replaced.
Ordered in person with customization to my dish since I have special dietary considerations. They made my order very quickly and 100% correct. Food was fresh and tasty. Vegetarian options: Pinto enchilada platter. Dietary restrictions: Pinto enchilada platter without cheese/sour cream is vegan
