Rodos Kouzina Mediterranean Grille

Nothing extraordinary but all is well prepared. We sampled the chicken Athenia and the schnitzel. Both good and accompanied by the obligatory rice and potatoe. Wine list is OK and desserts are traditional. Service is good and competent.

Been here a few times before this time was especially good. Great souvlaki and saganaki Love the presentation of it flaming nice touch Keep up the good work!

Pre-mother's day dinner: mom 3 children 18-32 y.o Ordered a sampler platter of appetizers for 2, got enough for 4. Everything was pretty good. Our tastes vary, so items I'd vote this platter down for were pretty much inhaled by others. So I'll say it was a success. The drinks were good.The main courses come in very large portion, so everyone left with a doggie bag.The waiter was very good - attentive, friendly, helpful. The first drink I ordered looked weird (colour-wise). He swore it was correct, but agreed it wasn't supposed to look like that. I said it was fine after taking a sip, it tasted great. Next thing I know he comes back with a random new drink (purple rain), on the house - "to make it right". There was live music/open mic, "old people's stuff", as the guy himself said. it was nice though. To be honest, I didn't expect this kind of experience just from the looks of the place from the outside, and now quiet it was on a Friday night. But I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

Very good food. All of the appys and entrees were cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed a pleasant meal there.

Visited this restaurant on a weekday afternoon. The place had a few diners, definitely not busy.The server: missed our appetizer and only delivered the entrees. When we questioned the whereabouts of the appi, she asked if she had missed something. Well. yes. She then remembered our order and said it could be made by the kitchen in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it was too late. The other difficulty, the entree was to come with pita bread, unfortunately, it didn't arrive either.The food: the lunch menu was of a European size. Much smaller than American supersizes that we are familiar with. I'm fine with that...but FYI. Unfortunately, it wasn't very hot upon arriving at the table. The cost: relatively inexpensive meal. Two of us ate for $24. When I received our bill, I noticed that I was charged for an extra small salad. When I ordered the gyro, the server asked what type of salad I would like with it. I expected it to come with the meal as part of the price. Apparently it did not. The restaurant: cute ambiance. Very Mediterranean in colour. Lots of family pictures. Might be better for dinner? Might not.
