Il ristorante all'interno dell'hotel "Il San Cristoforo" propone una cucina sofisticata e una selezione di vini di qualità. È un'ottima scelta se si desidera godersi la tranquillità dell'ambiente dell'hotel. Anche se i prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media del luogo, sono adeguati alla qualità del servizio offerto.

Line is the restaurant on the grounds of the Il San Cristofo hotel. At the time of this review, the location is incorrectly labeled: it is all the way at the back of the property in an attractive, modern glass box-looking space. The food expresses the palette of an opinionated chef: flavors were deeply consistent, fresh, mild, and thoughtful throughout. It is clear that Chef Antonio Tecchia prefers to let the natural qualities of the ingredients lead, as opposed to intense seasoning or spices. And it works very well. Pictures attached are of 1) a complimentary piece of fish with an intense berry jam 2) risotto with codfish 3) chuck steak with a “buffalo” sauce 4) home baked bread (very hot, fantastic) 5) poached egg underneath a potato crisp 6) linguini with sea snail Service was excellent and effortless.
