Good Coffee - Portland

Good Coffee is one of my favorite cafe locations within SE Portland, located within a dense area with restaurants, offices, housing and transit connections. The cafe itself is very small with some additional outdoor seating, but the cozy design makes it a treat to get a coffee and relax in. I love the seasonal drinks they have and their Baristas are amazing at their work, I highly recommend!

I go out of my way for the consistently good cortados, paired with friendly service, and cute small location. Add this place to your contacts, because their name makes navigating to it difficult.

The espresso was delicious! Highly recommend just a plain latte. They do it so well!

Food/Coffee: *Coffee good and typical. *Tea was nothing to write home about either. *Pastries are meh. Employees: *Monotone and average. *Young staff. Place: *Minimalistic decor with plants, modern but not hipster. *Great for a Date, Friend Catch Up, Business Meeting and/or to get work done and/or study. *Outdoor seating limited. Pet: *No hesitations on letting my dog inside to order however they cannot stay inside with you. *Outdoor patio only. Pros: *Great walkable location safe area. *Decent menu variety. Cons: *There were flies inside of the glass where the pastries were (gross). *Staff could be nicer. *Felt dirty. Tips: *Walk to the Food Carts nearby or Lardo to eat. *Not good for big groups or groups in general. *For some people (esp. claustrophobic) the place is too small crowded.

Solid, convenient coffee spot. The atmosphere and personalities are what keep me coming back feeling welcomed and at home.
