One of the best culinary experiences I've ever had! Ryan and his team create a dining experience that feels like a beautifully choreographed dance, constantly serving up delicious bites. Ryan makes multiple trips to PDX airport to bring in fresh fish from around the globe for an incredible meal. I highly recommend it!

I don't think there was something on the menu that I didn't like, which makes it so hard to choose a favorite. the Wagyu-Rind with caviar. I had to close my eyes and taste it until I couldn't taste it anymore. I leave it with: . everything from presentation to service to glimpse. it's an experience everyone has to try.

This restaurant is fantastic! Chef Ryan and Elena craft a delightful and enjoyable dining experience—every bite is simply divine! The pairings are spot on, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Incredible! This sushi is something you can only dream about. The fish is so fresh and flavorful, and each dish offers a unique explosion of aromas. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was nowhere near Portland. Just amazing—let's go back! I experienced the hardcore sushi dinner, but I can only imagine that all of their dinner creations are phenomenal. The only thing I would request from the fantastic staff is to have a printed menu. I’d love to have a list of the delicious dishes I enjoyed as a souvenir from this wonderful evening. Otherwise, it was pure perfection!

I've now tried all dinner options. They are all different in style and presentation, and all equally amazing. There are far too many amazing bites to describe, so I'll just say, go and find out for yourself. P. S.: Japanese eggplant with avocado... That is all.
