Feedback gevenI used to give this company a lot of business not just in this store but also bognor, Alver valley portchester and clarence pier the staff are amazing and the managers in store it is a shame that its the ones above them that let them down I have taken all my business along with friends, family, work colleagues and my social groups now with me to a cafe around the corner.
Enjoyed a lovely lunch with friends. Had a wonderful service even though there was a 20 minute wait (which we was made aware of before ordering) . The staff were all very lovely especially considering how busy it was and made us feel very welcomed and we will definitely be returning next time we are in the area due to the this. We were very impressed with the lady on the till at the time who’s name I sadly didn’t get she was wearing black wings ,she was very upbeat, smiley and delivered excellent customer service to our group and the people in front of us . She was also running round clearing trays and bringing people their orders with a smile once it got quieter. I highly recommend this establishment and the views are lovely overlooking the seafront
Good coffee, good food and good location. Always a stop on our walks along the beach and comes recommended. The white choc mocha is a good option.
I would just like to know because I had a free drink my app how do you use it do you just scan the barcode and your free drink comes off of your app then
Dear Coffee Cup , I 'm writing to you to express my disappointment with your poor customer service and rude staff attitude during my last visit 24th September 2023 , 4pm . Me and my family were regularly visiting your coffee shop for the past 6 years but after yesterday 's incident not anymore!!!! . It 's a great spot, lovely coffee and we previously always enjoyed chat with your friendly staff. Yesterday, however I have ordered my usual Caramel cappuccino but I asked for extra coffee shot. Paid almost £5!!! To my surprise, instead of extra 'coffee shot ' by mistake they added 'extra caramel shot '. The coffee was undrinkable, way too sweet!!! I have been ordering the same coffee for past few years so I think I can taste the difference!! I went back and kindly explained the issue and asked if they could replace the coffee. There were quite a few people waiting so I felt a bit embarrassed by your supervisor 's rude attitude. I was told the coffee was made correctly, so it 's not their fault but ' my mistake '. I was quite shocked when he asked me to pay full price for another coffee with no refund for the previous one!!! I was with my children and didn 't want to make a scene, so I 've paid for another small coffee, ended up being charged almost £9 in total. How is that fair?. You have clearly made a mistake, overcharged me and embarrassed on front of the people. It 's just disgusting behaviour and we 're never to come back to your place. Please remind your staff to be more polite and respectful towards customers in the future. £9 for a coffee, that 's unacceptable!!!!!
