We went to lunch. we took the fixed menu of fish with 1 first, 1 second and 1 contour. on facebook there was a post where there was written that you could choose between 2 first and 2 seconds. sin that once there, you could not choose. There was a first with the mussels. very good and fresh mussels but little cooked and the sauce was too aqueous. the second was good. It's a little snoop. the contour was not proposed. We had to ask. a green salad with lots of insects and tomatoes. I've remade the pot asking for salad without insects. this time was good but not an excuse. to finish the watery coffee. Don't repeat! I understand it's not easy for refreshing, but we were in 3 at the club and if customers are treated like this, they can't expect them to come back!
We fix with the fork on Friday night and with short notice. the reservation is managed correctly and the location is really nice. we eat overlooking a small marina. the staff is very kind and we have eaten well. abundant portions, especially for the first. the curcuma mazzancolles to signal as a well-successful dish. super recommended!
Premise: I book for St Valentine's Day a busy day for refreshers and I call specifying that my girlfriend should start working at 14:00 and they assure me that we would have had time to have lunch and then I will be ready to book at the first available time or at 12:00 knowing that they would have made the fixed menu that day. 14 February 2021 we arrive with a few minutes in advance, in fact we are only the ones and another common couple my name and after a tour of the room they tell us to sit where we want because the name is not located and already this manifests in my opinion poor organization. We start to eat, meanwhile comes other people make themselves 13:30 and we still miss the second, the sweet and the coffee. I call the waitress and tell her if she can gently go straight to the dessert without second or coffee reasserting that my girlfriend has to go to work and she after a moment of perplexity goes to inform in the kitchen and five minutes later takes the dessert. we pay and I would have expected at least a discount or a coupon for a possible next booking, instead we pay as if we had eaten everything and for me this could stand if I hadn't warned at the time of booking my situation but instead guaranteeing me the feasibility of the thing according to me from the side of the wrong at the time I go to pay are them. I understand and reaffirm that san valentino is not an easy day especially if you have the full room but I do not understand then why you go to make promises that then you can not keep also because for me the word given has a value so better to be honest with a customer less than promise the world to all. As for food, I can't say it's bad, but at the same time I didn't find any scope that my goto deserves to be called special, which identifies the restaurant and which makes me want to return. I write from here on to answer your comment: I did not write absolutely that you were slow in the service simply what you told me on the phone or that I would have managed to eat everything in time was in factable for this I would have waited because your gaffe a discount that would have been courteous because the courtesy is not due simply makes a customer not to publish a negative review and gladly comes a second time and our time that we went away is all 1340 It was not my intention to infierire but to go crazy I am not there, also commenting in this way in my opinion you have proved unfair and professional, you had the opportunity to remedy with a simple we sorry we will try the next time to do our best and maybe I would also take away the comment rather than to invere with the customers and to blame us. I don't think that two guys on St. Valentine's Day enjoy negatively reviewing a restaurant, before every week covid allowing us to always eat in different places to know just the culinary realities of our area and to discover new kitchens and I challenge you to find my other negative comments around because everyone does his job and I certainly don't go to diminish that of others and what is missed here was the fact deserved or the understanding of the situation I wish you a good prosequio of activity I unfortunately left with a negative experience.
Fantastic location. excellent sea dishes. celery service and courteous staff. prices a little high and portions a little small... but in the complex very good.
15/11/2020 unfortunately we could do only take away but I must say that they were wonderful people. impeccable service for quality and quantity. lunch booked with bonus allshopping everything perfectly. I recommend it to all also to help these boys who have just left. I'll be back soon. Come on, guys.
