He was on the phone with a long windy customer so I waited patiently as the employee could not serve 2 people at a time. SOUNDS POLITE LAW?? My reward for being polite, A XXX man went in and stood right in the face of the employee to serve. Guess who the employee chose to serve FIRST when he got off the phone???? Do you need a hint??? I'm an XXXXX man... I felt literally as if I had hit my face. Guess what male has her pizza and went out before the other guy??? CLUE: It wasn't the POLITE one? SHAQ doesn't know what he does.... I hope management checks the surveillance video and uses the incident as a training tool to prevent further incidents. Right is right and you should be firm, fair and consistent with your business practices. I hope that was not considered fair and hope that was an isolated incident. This employee clearly knew who patiently waited for him to finish the long phone order. He should have acted accordingly. Although I enjoy the pizza, I will not apply this facility further.
Mike is the best GM I've ever met at a pizza place, and he'll go out his way to make sure your experience is perfect.
Great food, great live music, place opens to dance after 10 I think.
Orders and paid for 10 pizzas last night at 10:45. Insured they were here It is 11:14 and not yet pizza. I ordered them for my classroom and now my kids change class and not the pizza they deserved this semester. Not that Papa Johns. I called and they told me they had only one driver and they just left the store.
I cancelled my order when I got there because it had been an hour and it still wasn't in the oven. I realize it's Halloween but they can't seem to get it right anytime. I've had no luck with this location and won't try again.
