Incredible prags four seasons has a dach terrace with most likely best view in prag and has not used it (except tomorrow yoga sessions for years. to the luck had one of their cooks the idea to use it for a Japanese fusion pop-up restaurant in summer, which was a wonderful idea: on a very beautiful dach terrace with a Japanese garden and the most beautiful carls looking at the the menu is a 7-course tasting menu of Japanese cuisine with Italian fusionsinspirations. each cure consists of several small things. the concept is great, but the quality and level of the processing of individual dishes shows a wide range: while some dishes are absolutely spectacular and at par level with other fine restaurants worldwide (nobu, asia de cuba, zuma. , e.g. the black cadjau or the calpis panna cotta, other lack of inspiration and taste, e.g. the tofu in tempoura and others are of great quality, but a bit unhappy in their combination (yellow oyster with mango salat, cold white spaghetti with hama. but all in all a great culinary experience in a impeccable, excellent service!

Amazing food and presentations together with the pairings, all just very delightful. The ambiance,,the view, was amazing. This is our second time last year also) and all we can say is that what an amazing experience. Well done.

The service was wonderful exactly what one expects from a restaurant at a Four Seasons. My husband and I chose the chef's tasting menu (Kaiseki style) paired with beverages (sake, cocktails etc). The presentation of the food was very pleasing, but I just wasn't impressed by the flavor combinations. The concept is, the menu is created by an Italian chef who spent some time in Japan. This is an intriguing concept, but the cuisine just wasn't my preference. We did enjoy the sake based cocktails though. All in all, a very pleasant evening, but we won't be going back because the food wasn't to our taste.
