Feedback gevenThe food is great and I would even say that you have to look in Oberfranken for a long time to get such a sophistication, attention to detail and product quality. Not to be forgotten, however, is the ambience, the atmosphere and the attitude of Alexander Schütz and his wife Claudia towards their employees. The two are not just gastronomics, the two are visionaries and treat their team as it belongs with respect, understanding and loving rigour. A sign of the industry!
Basically, I meanwhile don't care how the menu is composed, I order the big menu. The anticipation of a great evening then turns into a enjoyment festival that is looking for in the region of its own. First I was a guest, now I'm a fan! Therefore, I wish Claudia and Alexander Schütz the best on their further path in Wartenfels and look forward to many enjoyable encounters!
We regularly come to the beautiful restaurant in Wartenfels and have not found anything comparable good yet. You feel the same in the origin and especially treated. Food is a taste experience every time. For example, during the last visit, I was able to find out that I like liver DOCH when they prepared the Lord's Sagittarius ; My husband still swarms from the best steak of all times that he has eaten there (the Surf Turf and I look forward to a new one of the great soups (I am a soup fan; tomorrow we will be on site again and look forward to being huge. I find it particularly nice to be able to observe the quiet and pleasant atmosphere in the open kitchen. That's how Koch's gonna be fun.
Madness just a taste orgasm!! Respect to the boss and the kitchen!!
We had a wonderful celebration with super delicious food with you. All guests were more than enthusiastic and still swarm from the food. Thanks again for everything!
