Legh Arms - Prestbury

We had the luck to stay in the legh arms in prestbury for 2 nights in this week. a family of 4 plus a large Dane doesn’t always shout “ease” and “comfort”, but we couldn’t better treat and welcome to this wonderful institution. the pub is beautiful, warm and welcoming. our family room had a super simple access, was perfectly clean and was spacious enough for us all and a big dog. the staff is very polite and cannot do enough for them. the quality of eating and drinking is the second to none. 2 very low weight. no salad on the menu (but it is winter, so I get it! and we couldn't extend our stay for an additional night. we will be back as soon as possible, we loved it! the labreys (and maverick)

A really lovely pub. Restaurant area is very nice with a good atmosphere. Service was very good. The staff members we met were extremely friendly and welcoming. Good quality drinks and good selection to choose from. Food was delicious. We'll be returning very soon.

Just had a 7 night stay here, we are locals, and the new management are superb, friendly, professional and helpful, and have got a brilliant team who go above and beyond. Breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are cosy, warm , comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend

I stopped in here for dinner after traveling for the last umpteen hours. They had stopped serving at 6pm (never mind the shock . So I got a beer and then the chef and bartender (Peter very kindly asked if I wanted the Sunday roast (I must’ve looked terrible . It was AMAZING! Chicken, potatoes, veg, all cooked perfectly! If I could hand pick a dinner for myself, it would be this. Customer service is top and they actually have a cold (not cask IPA on tap. I’m here for 3 nights and have a feeling I’ll be back!

I had the good fortune to enjoy the five-course meal with wine pairing and it was fantastic. The food and drinks were exceptional, the pub was clean and well-maintained—rustic yet modern, and even dog-friendly. The staff were cheerful and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great value for the price.
