Honey Dew Donuts - Providence

Went back this am and I was not allowed to use the restroom. I was a customer and the two employees fumbles lies about the restroom. Being out of order for two days...The toilet kept clogging they said. I'm sure that they're using that restroom. I kindly told them to cancel my order and left. I probably will not return if they are there. Twice, I had no issues. Different employees. I tipped very well the first two times. It's a good thing that I hadn't tipped them yet. Oh no it's not. I would ha e just refu did the order and retrieved the tip! My tip now..... is to do better..stop lying to customers!

Morning to charge my phone I didn't have any money on me but

Only go there when this one particular worker she is the nicest one there she knows my order by heart

The lady working could've been a bit more patient, especially since I waited for her to take my order. Patience for patience I say. But I do understand, when you're the only employee in the store, doing everything from open to close, it really does suck, I know the feeling.Whoever owns this place should really try harder to get employees (either pay better or show up themselves to help out). At the end of the day, people who own businesses and franchises like only care about picking up their profits and leaving as soon as possible just to not see the carnage inside their own store.

I had a sausage and egg sandwich on a bagel. It was good. My only complaint about this place is there was only one person working and they had a drive through she was servicing as well as the counter.
