Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Providence

I really enjoy the food at Popeyes, but my experience at the Reservoir Avenue location was disappointing due to the terrible customer service—it was a 0 out of 100. However, when I visit the one at the lower location, the staff is fantastic!

The restaurant has great potential. The staff is polite, and the food is excellent. However, the franchise owner should invest some money into maintaining the property. The men's restroom door frame is bent and broken, which prevents the door from closing properly, and the women's restroom was in disarray. The employees are doing their best with what they have and deserve recognition for their efforts. Although a significant amount of customers seem to come through, the owner needs to prioritize maintenance.

This Popeyes is consistently excellent. Their chicken pieces are generous in size. My son loves it, and I really enjoy their chicken sandwiches, whether classic or spicy. However, they are a bit pricey.

We left popeyes 20 minutes ago to find out that they don't put any sauce we asked in the bag. we also got kartoffels and they didn't even give us a spoon. we are on the road of new jersey and can not even eat our food in the car as there is no spoon. absolutely absurd about it, but we love the huh of popeyes.

Stopped in on Memorial Day Monday. Late afternoon.Our 1st time at this location. As they are located on a tiny triangle of property, the parking lot is rather squishy.We went inside, to place our to-go order.We were waited on promptly.However, we were told that, for some unknown reason, they were Not serving the spicy that day. We would have to settle for mild. If it wasn't for not wanting to fight holiday traffic, we definitely would have gone to one of the other locations.The lobby wasn't overly clean and stock was mostly empty.The real mess was out in the parking lot.Looked like the aftermath of a Cat. 5 hurricane. Trash was Everywhere.That being said, they got our order correct and the food was hot and delicious.
