I love this place! Specially the CinnaBUN and drinks!
I really mean it when I say I love Bun Boiz, but I feel like since they've moved location, a lot has changed, and not all the changes have been for the better.For my most recent experience, I came with my family when the restaurant was nearly empty. They were out of half the buns, which left us with only two options of what to get. I think that if the menu is this small, it's especially important for them to have them all in stock as much as possible.After ordering, we waited an hour and a half for our food when, on the sign, it said that it should only take 10-15 minutes to make the buns.I appreciate that they had games there because without them, we really would have just been sitting there the whole time.I can understand why it took so long because there was only one girl there who actually knew how to make the buns, and she was very apologetic to us the whole time, so I don't think it's her fault. Just that the business itself is understaffed.Also, I really miss the mochi cakes.And the bunsai bun ; ;
The buns taste good, but both of the buns I purchased were undercooked so I had to avoid eating a lot of it. I’ve been here before they switched locations and the quality was better, so maybe this was just an off day.
This place slaps. Not a ton of variety but the atmosphere is sweet and the food is amazing. It has dry bar vibes with board games, pool, etc. Very
