Heart Seoul Karaoke - Provo

WiFi kept cutting out half the time and ruined the experience. The room was hot and the service didn't make up for the problem when it happened several times. Moved rooms and it still happened and they didn't care. It is too expensive for that to happen. : I won't be back.

I’ve come here twice now (once with friends and once with family) and it has been so fun! Love the ambience of the rooms with the neon signs and everything. Our screen was cutting out super bad in one of the rooms, so they switched us to the huge room and gave us some extra time to make up for it. We really appreciated that! They give you a 5 min heads up for your time limit. They also offered to take photos of our group both times, which was great! Would def recommend!

We had such a great time hanging out! The room was large with a variety of options in addition to karaoke which was great for those less comfortable with belting out music. We had pizza which was pretty standard fare. The only downside to the whole experience was that the floor was a little weak so if you jumped around or moved too much in one area it caused the ceiling in the room below to shake. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for someone to rock out with their friends. Just be a little careful not to jump in this room.

I love Korean noraebang, and this location does a great job of capturing that experience.Went with a group of about 9 friends to sing our hearts out, eat some pizza and breadsticks, and celebrate a neat gal's birthday.There could be some refinement on the mic and sound systems for the rooms, and they could improve their ventilation systems, but these are just observations for improvement for the location. Overall it was fun, pizza was pretty tasty and they have a good selection of songs, and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some wholesome fun and an outlet to belt it loud and proud.Kid-friendliness: No alcohol, very family friendly in their food and song selectionParking: It's along Provo main, so parking can always be a hit or miss, but if you're going on a weeknight like we did the probability increases

I have been here twice, one bachelorette party I planned and a second time for my own bachelorette party!Both times it was really fun. However, management needs to change on how they end the singing times. Both times, an employee burst in mid-song and insisted we leave immediately. They awkwardly stood in the doorway and refused to let us finish singing the song. They just kicked us out so the next person could come in, so we awkwardly grabbed our bags and scrambled.While it was great otherwise, both times left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am not eager to go back.It would be easy to fix! Simply have a time stamp on the video screen that has a countdown to how much time you have left. Have an alert for “one more song”! If the employees were better, they could simply open the door and say “Hey, finish this song and then you have one more!” It would not be hard. But rudely kicking us out with no warning sucks. If they change, I’d go back.
