Noodles And Company - Provo

It's okay, but more on the rough side. the main dish I had was cauliflower bits with a garlic sauce. it was decent, but the cauliflower tasted like tofu, so the texture was bad. the chicken was tender, but it cost extra and she barely gave a quarter of a chicken breast. the Cesar salad was made from half a green leaf, and half a red leaf piece salat and a small part of the dressing. the dressing tasted like a lazy mayo, absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this place.

This is a terrible noodle company ever, is so dirty, and their Customer service suck. Highly recommend trying another location. I will still like their food but not in this location.

I love this place, but the staff was very unprofessional tonight. They got our order wrong, and when we waited in front of the counter to ask if they could fix it, they ignored us for quite a while. There were no customers or anything, and when they came over they seemed very annoyed. She said “let me guess, no chicken?” and we said yes. They knew they had messed up our order and still gave it to us. Instead of remaking our meals, they just took the chicken off and handed it back, and we still found bits of chicken and mushrooms as well, both of which we told them we didn’t want. I love noodles and co, but it seems like the staff is not well trained. I work in the food industry and know these things are not acceptable.

This kids don’t even know how to boiled water... That’s I’ll I have to say. The entire place was dirty.. floors, tables. Very poor presentation. Also my friend ordered a grilled chicken salad. They brought it to the table very quick, but they forgot the chicken!!!!! How could you forgot the main ingredient??! They grilled the chicken, so ended up super dry.. No flavor at all in this soup

An actual ripoff. 13 bucks for a can of Campbells and a thing of Kraft Mac and Cheese. Used to be one of our favorite places in Provo to go. The portions are ridiculous nowadays.
