The Pizza Factory - Provo

That was a great night with a big group. our server was incredibly friendly and prompt. the grill chicken pizza was delicious. the brotzwists are one. they are willing to include large groups. they can also find good offers for families in the rule.

Service was excellent, mckinley was our server she was great! pizza was extremely rich and delicious. I also liked the twisted brotsticks.

This place had a good meal. When we came in, no one was there to sit down, and they only appeared when the bell ordered us to see if we had entered the wrong one or the other. uneasy, after that the waiting staff was attentive and eating was great. we have replaced the meal for two options and then the pizza for the cherry. the cheese was delicious and gooey and all their brot, brotsticks and crust included, had an inspiring fresh bread flavor that was hard to beat. the only disadvantage was that the subbing in the Jerry specialty cost a solid $6-7 charge from a two topping pizza option, which honestly still feels quite steep and definitiw undercut the meal for two cost benefits.

The brott pots on a floor are fantastic and the pizza is quite good. the root beer is great. it's great to get here with a good license for the family business. that is, the place feels somehow abandoned and falling. not many customers. no idea how they stay in business.

So, I've had positive experiences with Pizza Factory in the past, but last night was not one of those experiences. It wasn't even that busy for a Friday night, there was nobody in the tables around us or even the same section as the restaurant as us, but our waitress took forever to come back and check on us in the beginning. Side note, the bathrooms are super sketchy and SUPER dark, abnormally so.. THEN, our food came and we were excited at first, but my mom ordered the same pasta as me but with zoodles instead, and her plate was swimming in water. Her portion was also significantly smaller than mine. We told the waitress and no biggie, she took it back, but brought back an even smaller portion (see picture comparing mine to Mom's), and it was pretty much straight sauce, there were no zoodles hardly anywhere, but at that point my mom gave up and dealt with it. My pasta tasted delicious, which is the only reason I give 2 stars, but both my husband and I went home with food poisoning that night... We had the same pasta, so we don't know what else would have caused it. We won't be going back anytime soon.
