The truth is that it is not good. Location is good and secure parking is good. But here's the problem. the rooms are very old with lots of stains and mold on the pillow and stinking foot smell. The price was 20,000. And the fact that you expect in such a place, 12000 max. Price and location are cheap cushions and mattresses in the free zone. It shouldn't be that bad. Another thing the owner doesn't like is earning money. He has a cooler full of drinks that he says they can't sell today.. hahaha good they all went back to spend the money. it must be good to waste money
