Feedback gevenWe placed our meal order at 8:30 PM, but an hour later, they still hadn't noticed, and we had to remind them at 9:30 PM. While the manager/waitress was friendly, it felt inappropriate when she sat down at our table twice, disrupting what we had hoped would be a romantic evening. Although our meal was comped, the overall experience left us feeling that our night was ruined.
The manager, I'm guessing, was fantastic. She seemed to handle everything with a smile on her face at all times!
This restaurant is located in the lobby of a Sheraton Four Points hotel. We chose it for an early New Year's Eve dinner since the restaurants at the Sunseeker Resort where we were staying were fully booked weeks in advance! While it's not an upscale venue, the food was quite good and reasonably priced. We usually avoid ordering crab cakes outside of Maryland because they're often subpar, but to our surprise, these were excellent—made with lump crab and accompanied by a delightful sauce. The salmon with bourbon sauce was also very tasty. The servers appeared stressed due to the crowd, but they managed the situation pretty well.
Meh, let’s just say I’ll never go back. Nothing great except our server was very good.
Our meal was amazing! It is a hotel restaurant, everyone was very pleasant, bartender was great, good personality and a mean Manhattan. We will go again.
