Feedback gevenI haven't been to this McDonald's in years and was really surprised by all the changes. They have four self ordering kiosks that you can order your food at. It takes both cash and credit card. And if you dine in it gives you a buzzer that you can place at your table so that they know where to deliver your food to. Genius. The play area/Gymboree has been updated. There are more tables and windows. It makes the whole place feel very bright and big. Plus they have a huge parking lot and it's very near the Broadway stop on the N train.
Cashier was friendly but the restaurant itself needs help. My family and I walked in looking for a large table to accommodate all of us but there were none. We saw one guy with no shirt on sitting at a table that was meant for 5-6 people. Luckily we found a booth but there were some guys sitting there and another was telling weird jokes. Honestly if it would have been up to me, I would of walked out.
This McDonald's is always clean. I usually try to use the kiosks to order, so don't interact to much with the staff, whom seem to like it that way. The food is what you expect from McDonald's, no surprises there. I walk there, as it is really close to a subway, but they have a drive thru that looks convenient.
Thought I could grab a quick breakfast and go on with my day, but was totally dissatisfied with the entire staff. I ordered a plain Egg McMuffin and clearly stated that the bacon be omitted. However, the manager is either too lazy or too idiotic to manage one of the easiest orders. Will not be going back because clearly they lack competence.
Service is fast and efficient. If you order online/kiosk where you can customize your food, you will be just fine.
