Sammy's Tap Grill - Raleigh

Good food and drinks. Good restaurant with outdoor and indoor areas. Tried her packs and bites. Sammy's sauce was good. Potato chips were crispy and great.

Sammy's was a fun place for my kids to visit. Dad and I wanted a beer and the kids were fascinated with the 20+ TVs they were able to view at a time while sitting and waiting for their food. The beer was great the food was okay. I know food prices have been going up, but for the basic food we got on our plate I'm still hungry. We also had to pay $3 a drink for each kid on top of their food cost (like a normal adult). Trivia night (Tues night) was starting so we hustled out of there as soon as we could to allow the adults to play.

Our waitress was on the spot and made sure we had everything we needed. There was nothing nice about the food. Bar duck. The drinks were a little shy on the alcohol.

My wife (a big Pittsburgh fan and I just moved to the Raleigh area and said Sammy was the Steelers bar in the city we had to try. Not to lie, we looked at reviews before coming and saw that the last hit and miss. But we were happy to come on a Sunday and enjoy the atmosphere. Many other Steelers fans, service was good with our waitress review on us several times during the game, food was decent (typical bar food nachos, wings, burgers and wraps with hair, etc., beautiful selection of beer and cocktails, and many TVs both inside and outside. We will definitely come back!

That was our third time. The food was great every time. Our server Dre was great and friendly. Manager Tre even came out to welcome us. Will definitely be here regularly!
