Well known for their Peking duck and I must say if you love this Chinese classic menu that has been prepared since the Imperial era, then this is a must visit place! Whole roasted duck with dry crispy skin with a little meat. The wrapping steamed pancakes that were perfectly cooked ,dry and firm slightly crumbly, went very well with the crispy duck skin and the assortment vegetables. The sweet sauce was a bit sticky that smoothen out the salty taste from the duck skin. A real great mouth experience. Moreover, also save your tummy for the duck meat menu too. Duck meat was stir fried with deep fried garlic served with chili sauce. The meat was so fine and tender that it fell apart on the first bite. Other dishes were also great with good ingredients and big portion except for the steamed fish which the meat had a very earthy taste. Our dessert, the fried chinese jujube which normally comes in paste filling but here the filling came in cruchy form which tasted quite good. This restaurant might look a bit odd from the outside located in a small alley. It's more convenient to park your car along the road and take a short walk to this place. Really recommended and worth a try. Thumbs up.
