Wendy's - Rapid City

Frosty Jr keytags for $3 for a while year is a great value and an excellent cause. I get one on the way to workout and another when done.

Ordered online, the staff didn't let me know my order was ready, didn't put it in the pickup spot, and when I get home, I find out the order was wrong.

There were only 3 cars in the line, including myself. The first car was at the window, when i ordered. It took me approx. 20 minutes to get a small order of French fries. They were ok but not hot. This was on a Sunday, after church.

Tried to visit while passing through. Drive thru told me they were closed and it wasn't even 10pm. Corporate website says open until 12am.

Worst experience of any fast food restaurant I have ever had. The staff was rude and short. My chili bowl was half full, the potato we ordered was going to take an additional 45 minutes on top of the twenty five we waited for the drive through. Even my kids asked if we can never go back to that Wendy's again. I don't care how hungry you are, drive past this place and go to the taco John's down the street.
