Hot Roll Lotus's Stores Rawang

The chicken was old, with a reddish color and tasted strange. I had ordered the cheese spicy chicken but received the basic one instead.

There were not enough waitresses available, resulting in long waits to place an order.

I placed an order at 11am and was told it would be delivered by 12pm, but it didn't matter. However, they forgot one of the dinner plates. I called customer service twice within an hour and then called KFC Lotus Rawang directly around 1:30pm to inquire about the missing plate. I was told it would be delivered personally by the captain between 2pm and 2:15pm. However, I waited until 3pm and it never arrived, causing a delay in my lunch plans. I was very disappointed with their service as I expected to have lunch by 12pm but ended up waiting until 3pm without any response regarding the missing order.

The restaurant seems like a rundown place. The tables not being wiped and felt sticky.

The manager is very very rude. Gave me an eyeroll when all i asked was may i order now? Waited 5 minutes in front of the counter, she could have apologize and asked me to wait. I would have waited patiently. Instead, she looked at me like that. Very rude!
