Feedback gevenI went through drive thru ordered a large chocolate shake. Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes when I decided to just leave. The service at this location is so bad and this is not the first time I've experienced this. I live in raytown and will not go back to this dairy Queen again. They should close this location or train and hire a staff that can do the job. Taking my business elsewhere.
Love dairy Queen food. But this location, the crew seems confused and slow that makes this location always packed and busy. Products always good.

RUDE and DISGUSTING customer service /atmosphere. Foods always cold/old or your ice cream is watery with barely any toppings or good portions of any other mix ins. If you want to waste your money on terrible food and be MOCKED straight up disrespected at the drive thru order menu let alone in person at the window by all means this is the place to go. Save your time and money just go somewhere else.
My daughter loves this place location she ask to come here everyday after school. I can even pass by anyone without her asking about DQ?
