McDonald's - Reading

I don't understand why this McDonald's has a lower rating than the one in Mt. Penn. The service is fast and the food is usually accurate. If they make a mistake, they give you a coupon for a free large sandwich on your next visit. This is much better compared to the other location where they often get your order wrong or don't even acknowledge you at the drive-thru.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. Isaiah, who was in charge, was friendly and efficient. The food was prepared quickly and the entire staff was very attentive. We will definitely return in the future. P.S. Isaiah deserves a raise for being such a great representative for McDonald's.

The best big mac I have eaten for years! the mcrib was also quite good. food: 5/5

Nothing great. had to eat. but hamburger are so thin nugets were only warm. frys were the only decent thing and they were not hot. water money. they think a lot about themselves. I understand that the prices for the deliveries have increased. but they are of advantage. about expensive bad quality and they think we don't see it. they prefer to cook home or go somewhere like a nice diner where the prices are fair. by male

The restaurant needs better lighting in their parking lot, as it is currently too dim. This poses a security issue. In terms of food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5.
