Wendy's - Reading

Excellent service, friendly and smiling staff. Love their food

My family loves Wendy's but I always have only one problem my order always have something missing have to check it all the time. Some time it's no sauce for the nuggets or no straws for the drinks. I know that we are human and make mistakes. But I haven't had one day that it not right maybe it's just me.

The type on the microphone was too quiet and clumsy. we have the wrong drink. my sandwich hadn't got the answer. my fries smeared strange like flowers. - I should go to the toilet. try this place again in 2 years. as last time. food: 1/5

Had to wait like 7-10 minutes on the car thru window and eating was not even hot. I thought it was hot for the time we had to wait. not happy. we didn't even let you know what's going on. Food: 3/5

From almost all drinks. waiting 30 minutes for 3 dinge and personal is rude (and contest in the simple view) the staff that is helpful looks so defeated. they were cold and they finally forgot our order. food: 1/5
