Raley's - Red Bluff

Food is good but holey smokes! The line for the deli is usually short but service is so slow it takes forever to get your food! They usually have like 3 people or more working in the bread department but only one or two in the deli!! Come on guys hurry it up!!!

The service was great. Competent, friendly and helpful. There were multiple orders being processed so it was a bit of a wait. The produce was fresh, the meat was too. The bread was a bit mealy. All in all, it was decent. I'd probably try it again.

Top notch store for most products and quality food. To bad management won't spend the money on signage or more employees at the deli counter. Not all who wait are waiting for sandwiches. Some are waiting for sliced meat and bakery goods. Umm is there some way anyway maybe in the future to upgrade that part of the store.

Is it me, or is the deli section department the slowest moving, worst customer service, poorest body language, most miserable group of people to have ever sliced lunch meat? They act like their job is hell and they wish they were somewhere else. I'll drive to Redding or Anderson before I'll ever deal with the Red Bluff Raleys deli again. After 4 years of crappy service, Sprouts is worth the drive.

Second time in two weeks we made a phone order for fried chicken and when we went to get it the girl in the deli dept had no idea. She says it happens a lot. Why can't Raleys employ people who want to do their job.
