Mae's Cafe - Red Deer

Great place for a lunch time soup and sandwich. Not much sitting space though.

The Friday lunch special was worth every penny. Felt like my mom made me lunch. Soup wasn't bland like everywhere else, solid size (like more than a Campbell chunky soup can). The sandwich with bacon, chicken and sauces worked great together. Will be ordering every Friday for sure.

This is such a nice and quiet place to relax in the morning while I do some writing. My favorite dish to order is Mae's special omelet... it's so delicious! The prices are nice as well. I like to try coming here once or twice a week.

I'm always looking for a good clubhouse. The clubhouse here is traditional with lots of bacon. No fancy bread or silly fillings.

Delicious breakfast, friendly service, speedy! Next time I'm in town will definitely eat there!
