I booked a room two weeks ago but never received a confirmation, so I called the restaurant for clarification. Their website showed three rooms available, but after two days of trying to reach them, I finally got through. The person I spoke to was difficult to understand and quite rude. He claimed there were no rooms available, even though their website still listed availability. This experience was unprofessional and disrespectful, clearly indicating a lack of customer service knowledge. It seems like you have to be part of an exclusive club to get any decent treatment here.
Golfing at an altitude of 8,300 feet is nothing short of spectacular at this hidden gem in northern Colorado. It’s definitely worth the drive if you're looking to play on lush fairways and smooth greens, all while enjoying some of the most breathtaking views you'll find anywhere. The service was friendly, and the food was amazing. If you opt to stay overnight, the cabins offer excellent value—clean, comfortable, and modern. Overall, it’s a fantastic way to spend a day or two in the refreshing air of Colorado's high country, playing one of the most beautiful golf courses imaginable. Thank you for a wonderful few days! As for the food and drinks, they were really delicious, thanks to a fantastic chef!
Brought our clubs with my 9 year old daughter on our camping trip. Went to the pro-shop to inquire about golfing and the driving range and was met with just plain snobbiness. The gentleman behind the counter was very short with us, and it was apparent he didn’t really want us golfing. He didn’t want to tell us about twilight rates even though it was that time of the day. Driving around the course looked beautiful, although the greens looked rough. Scenery is beautiful and would get a 5 if it was just that, but the staff being snobby was really disappointing and for that it gets a 1. Just sucks when you’re trying to introduce your daughter to the game and she asks why the gentleman wasn’t very nice.
Amazing customer service and Team here. Truly one of my favorite golf courses of all time.Rooms: 5/5
