Feedback gevenOrdered food at 7 ish food came 10 mins after expected delivery time which is okay I understand that sometimes things can get hectic orders can back up but then realised that some of my order was missing and so rang up straight away and asked if it could be sent to me the girl on the phone apologised and told me it would be with me soon and hour goes by and I ring back up the girls laughing she’s with her friend so isn’t checking the orders before they go out and I’m told that the order was definitely sent out saying it should be there and I said it wasn’t acting as if I was lying then I got in touch with Foodhub support asking for just a refund and then had to ring them up myself and tell the take away to give me a refund witch they continuously say they can’t refund a single item which by the way if you can’t you get in touch with food hub saying it needs to be done then they finally send the missing food out 2 hours and half late meaning they didn’t actually send it out and they were just lying the entire time. In the end it was food hub that issued my refund after I refused the food at my door even after saying multiple times I did not want it after waiting so long. However the delivery drivers are amazing people always working hard but unfortunately I won’t be ordering off this horrendous business mainly because of the manners and attitude of the girl on the phone she should be fired.
We had hot and sour soup, prawn toast, salt and pepper squid, mixed chow mein, and a duck dish. The meal was absolutely outstanding.
Ordered via Food Hub at 1830 it finally turned up at 2145, cold and bland. It’s the worst service and food I have had in a very long time, I will never use them again
Terrible service ordered a meal at 6pm 7.30 food arrived with a few things missing when I phoned the restaurant the guy said he will get the missing items sent out. At 9.30pm we phoned again asking for the food he said it will be 15mins 10.00pm we phoned again he said it was sent out a hour ago and there is nothing we can do 10.30pm food still not arrived I have a 9 yr old who was starving.We asked for a full refund he said no sorry as far as he is concerned the food had left the restaurant so we are not entitled to a refund AVOID at all. I wouldn’t even give the 1 star but I had to to share the review
I have ordered from Poon Kee several times and never had a problem before. However, tonight was a different story. The delivery was over 2 hours late, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and disgusting. It seemed like they had accidentally spilled a salt pot into it. It is not the responsibility of the customers to deal with delivery driver issues, and I can assure you that I will never order from them again.
