We got the best nativity that came cold, and the servers were slowly taking over our commands. they wait unnecessarily long when the restaurant was empty. the saving gnade is that the portions are huge and with side, there was enough food for at least two meal times.

The pizza is advertised as deep dish Chicago style. Not even close. It’s a pre made extra thick dough with a few toppings and flavorless. It tasted like a frozen pizza. We had to ask they waiter for everything, including silverware and plates…. after we got our order. Then he seemed to take his time at that. Overall this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in a restaurant. They should be ashamed!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Don’t waste your money, l already did that, go buy a frozen pizza instead.

Bjs was out of a lot of items and wouldn't allow substitutes. If one part of the of the menu item was or if stock you weren't allowed to ask for double of the other. We were told this would make our difficult to track inventory. They then forgot one entire order.

The experience was great. The server’s were awesome. The food was great for the value, we even took leftovers home

Generally food and service was good. I do find their service can be a bit slower than typical. My only complaint with the food is that the drinks never seem cold (like they should be).
