Dutch Bros Coffee - Redmond

Retracted my previous 2 star and replaced it with this because I didn't want to be unfair to the excellent servers who've helped me countless times at this location. The line policy is garbage and some employees don't understand the importance of helping customers in the order they arrive… But that doesn't mean the rest of the employees here haven't provided excellent service over the last couple years regardless. Thank you

This line is absolutely terrible, they let people literally cut infront of you and tell you that they don't pay attention to who pulls up first and just doesn't put customers first with being knowledgeable of who pulls up to the line first. Be cautious of being cut in line by 2 cars at a time.....

I absolutely love this Coffee, the employees that work there are very nice and this company, way better then over rated Starbucks.

Dutch always goes above and beyond and I don't mean the company. All the hard workers have been nothing but kind and slay that job! Always tip!
