Prime Steakhouse Redmond

Neat restaurant with high meat and wine. Saw at the bartop. Service was excellent, but the food took a long time to get. Ordered the $64 Tomahawk Ribeye medium rarely with a baked potato side. Meat was perfectly cooked and was covered with 2 small delicious onion rings. There were some hard to cut areas on the meat. I don't know if this was due to the fact that the knife was not cut properly or the knife wasn't as sharp as it could be. I just ate it. I usually eat the fat on a ribeye, aka flavor, but if it is chewing through, not thank you. The side baked potato was also great!

My husband and I live a few blocks of prime and we? ve was here before, but last night was incredible. they were from the fresh fish, but could pick up something after our server (Jay? had requested it. The halibut was perfectly cooked and everything on my plate was absolutely amazing. My husband had the steak and he loved it too. we had a few starter salads. I literally have all the good things to say. More importantly, our server Jay was very efficient, courteous and friendly! so I just wanted to make sure that I wrote an evaluation because it was a great experience. It was also nice to sit outside on a warm summer night?

This is a beautiful and more traditional steakhouse and I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for Steak and don't want to travel too far from Redmond. There are parking spaces on site, but you need to remember your hostess or waiters your license plates so that they can validate it for you, otherwise I think the parking is $10 / hour. The restaurant has a traditional steakhouse decoration. The floor is a little slippery not sure whether it is due to fat or what, but I found myself taking care when going/from the toilet. The food is good, not great, therefore the 3 stars, but definitely not bad in anyway. Make sure that the taste of food is very subjective, so make your own decision. The staff was very friendly and attentive and we definitely had a great time there.

Absolutely loved the service here! our steaks were amazing! hubby and I loved both the wild mushrooms. we went to the birthday of my man and his birthday cheesecake with the candle made his day total! we're coming back!

Food was good just high priced for the atmosphere. The filet was money though I'd have to admit. Service was OK only gripe I had was waiting over an hour from the time we ordered entrees and recieved our appetizers. Other than that it was a good spot to grab dinner.
