Fresh on Hamilton - Regina

Got a take out lunch from here today. Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Panini and Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad and a Cider for about $12.50. The sandwich was good but was just on regular bread, not a panini bun, which surprised me a bit. The...Salad was very good. I was still a bit hungry afterwards probably should have got a dessert. Its a very small place and while the order taking was efficient its hard to know what you want since the menu is not well presented. It took longer to make the food than I would have thought but it wasn't bad. I got there before noon and there was getting to be a lineup for both ordering and picking up food by the time I left. A little more organization would help there certainly seemed to be enough people. It is a very small space with just a few tables. You won't likely find a place to sit if they are at all busy. I will eat there again (and have had their cupcakes before which are pretty good indeed).

Eat them here several times this year. eating was consistently good. the suppers seem homemade and unique. the sandwiches are broth heavy, so I avoid them. can be really busy the afternoon.

Great food and variety.... different from the usual lunch facilities. everyone was impressed by quality and taste. small cupcakes were a hit.

Eating here is wonderful, super fresh, served hot and the staff is so fun and friendly always buy lunch here excellent food and atmosphere!

Beautiful place and atmosphere. delicious food, but much too much sugar in the options. it seems more like a dessert place based on menu options. not a great place if they want to make healthy decisions.
