They always treat my family with kindness. The famous chicken box is amazing!

The chicken pieces were very small and flat compared to another chicken fast food restaurant my family and I normally visit (I will not name the other restaurant chain for respect’s sake).My family ordered through drive-thru. We didn’t even get to eat it at home. We checked on it and found that the chicken looked as if it was old chicken defrosted and then hastily microwaved before being served to my family. I’m not giving the food too low a rating only because my family’s past visits to this KFC gave us good chicken a couple years back... but I suppose the present day quality is no longer up to par with the past. Too bad.The atmosphere was fine. That being said, my low rating is due to the horrendous customer service we received. My family member spoke quietly and politely when asking to get a refund for the untouched chicken. The worker who ‘served’ him kept raising their voice and trying to talk over him. It was frankly mortifying to witness from where I was sat. A shame I can only rate KFC rochdale as it is now and not as it was when I was younger. Don’t recommend this location.

So poor, it has been awhile but this site used to be fine. The chicken pieces were so small, the drumstick was the size of a chicken wing drummette and the rest was a similar size. The six pieces did not even fill the bottom of the snack box container, I actually thought we had only gotten 4 small pieces. Did find the mini drummettes underneath but still didn't cover the bottom. Never again, what a rip off!

Worst customer service ever.Gave me a coupon for offers but didn’t tell me that i’m not supposed to rip it .Blamed me for ripping it , noGreeting, the manager blamed me as well. This is why KFC downs-lopping .Apart from all these issues, Cold food too !Looked like the crew doesn’t want to serve anyone at all . I would never go back or suggest this restaurant.I’ll let all my colleagues and friends not to choose this restaurant based on my experience.

Don 't waste your money, better off buying chicken from a grocery store. Disgusting food, missing items, and when you say something? You are told you 're wrong and it 's 'at the peak of freshness '. How in the hell is 'peak of freshness ' chicken so soggy you have to put it in the oven to try making it edible? The gravy is bland and tasteless, the fries so over salted that they had to be thrown out, the nuggets were awful (frozen/cooked/frozen cooked taste). NEVER AGAIN. If the horrible food wasn 't bad enough, nothing like 'customer service ' sending a nasty email telling me how wrong I am. Was that person here for supper? Was that person here to look at the food? I was going to post the reply I received, but will hold off for now as I am waiting for a reply to my reply. $40 spent and I still had to cook supper for my family....RIDICULOUS.
