Great Basin Comm Food Co-op - Reno

This small store offers an impressive selection of products, primarily focusing on organic items. It has all the essentials, including fresh produce and supplements, and its prices are competitive with Whole Foods and other larger chain stores. They also provide freshly squeezed juices, locally made hot soups, and tasty burritos. I highly recommend this place! Plus, the staff is friendly and courteous.

I felt like I discovered food heaven when I first walked in last week. I've been back three times since then. The food is excellent, featuring small-batch, locally sourced organic ingredients when in season. This will definitely become my regular weekly spot.

The opportunity to purchase local products here has made this one of my favorite shopping spots. They also have an excellent selection of loose leaf teas.

You guys are always so friendly, I love coming into the co-op. You guys always spot me if I'm low on change and today I got a free reusable bag because someone is awesome and donated them! Best place to shop in town.

Me and my mom walked into this store and just had to stop and smell! The smell is amazing! We were instantly greeted by a gentleman filling the produce with smiles and how are yous! When we started looking at the oyster mushrooms, he took one look and asked us to let him check the back to see if he had fresher ones! My God no ones ever asked me that in a store!!! EVER! Not only that, but he wasnt satisfied with the way the ones in back looked and offered us a discounted price!!! Everything about this store is welcoming and warm! Id recommend it to anyone!!!
