Mcdonald's - Reno

I am very happy with the service at this restaurant. My order was accurate and the cashier was prompt and friendly. I appreciated that napkins, plastic silverware, and condiments were provided without me having to ask. It is reassuring to know that this location does not skimp on the basics and does not charge extra for simple items like other fast food restaurants do.

We were told to wait 30 minutes when we approached the window, but they were unable to fulfill our order or provide a refund. The young workers did their best to assist us. There was no manager present at the location. We will have to return tomorrow to settle the payment.

Things have been rough getting any drive through breakfast lately with the shortage of people wanting to work and this place is very reliable. Food is always fresh and the employees are nice. I hate to say I don't like McDonald's much but if I do go it's definitely to this one.

Worst drive thru. I have no problem waiting, but it’s 20 mins and was asked to wait more in the parking lot. No problem. Got my food, then asked if I could have the sauce with the ordered nuggets because it was forgotten. The girl just walked away. Come on.

My McDoubles were very dry hardly any ketchup or mustard at all.French fries were good as they usually are, and they were free so you can't beat that.
