Spicy Pickle - Reno

The restaurant offers a decent selection of healthy sandwich and wrap options. However, given their name "Spicy," one would expect to be able to order something with an extra kick of spice.

This is one of my top spots for a fast and nutritious lunch! I usually place my order online without any issues. However, I haven't been too impressed with the customer service when dining in. Despite that, I still highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat!

I placed an online order, but there was a mix-up when I went to pick it up. They had forgotten to include a sandwich, which I didn't notice until I returned to work. When I called to let them know, they were already aware of the mistake and offered to deliver the missing item to my address. I received the sandwich ten minutes later. I was very impressed with their prompt effort to rectify the error.
