Papa Johns Pizza - Rexburg

The pizza is literally all burnt, I'm surprised they even served it and let it out the door

We love the BBQ Hawaiian pizza! They're fast with getting your order out, and you can see exactly what they're doing the whole time.

The Hawaiian BBQ is amazing! We get two every time we go! They have fast service even when you order at the counter.

Came in and asked what their soy free options were. She simply said she didn?t know. I asked if she had an allergen menu and she said they didn?t have one. This is incredibly problematic considering that allergies can be a life threatening issue. I ended upleaving with the complete lack of awareness. Very disappointing as I love Papa Johns but my husband has a soy allergy.

I like Papa Johns in general and this one's pizza is fine but just a heads up to anyone that cares, no contact is a lie. If you order delivery and select no contact they'll ignore it and if you don't answer the door they'll just...take your pizza back.Whether or not I'll get my money back is still pending.
