Ísafold - Reykjavik

My man and I had dinner in isafold for our jubilee and had an amazing night! our server was attentive, but not overlaid, and it was quiet enough that we were able to entertain and enjoy each other, but it still had a great mood. the menu was from this world and was worth a shot with local ingredients and sources in the head.

While the meal and service were more than acceptable, unfortunately an adjacent table of four were overly loud and their discussions dominated the room. While this was not the restaurant's fault, it nevertheless impacted on our evening's enjoyment. Perhaps clustering tables for four or more separate from those for couples would be a worthwhile consideration.

The very good food and the deal of the two girls who treated us unbeatable. I made a request for my husband's birthday, and everything cool. Ten.

Really excellent eating in a lower atmosphere. nice tempo of the service. nothing is cheap in island, but that was a good value when considering the average cost.
