Feedback gevenBrought a friend to subway tonight around 8:15 pm.. first of all the workers inside were moving slow as hell with ZERO sense of urgency although they saw people in the drive through. Sat in line and at the window for over 20 minutes and STILL no urgency to send out food .. IT WAS ONLY 1 SUB and only one other car in the drive thru! They were taking so damn long doing a bunch of nothing we ended up LEAVING without the sub!!! The night shift workers Sucks!! And lack CUSTOMER service ethics. Will never stop at this subway anymore!
Got asked to leave a tip by an employee because I ordered a big sub. Your crazy this is subway not filet mignon with a salad.
If I ever want to spend an hour locked into a drive thru again while 2 idiots make 1 sandwich every 10 minutes, I’ll be back. Till then I’ll go to places that operate like a business

I've always like Subway, particularly the efficiency in preparing my order when I do so online. The food is fresh, tasty and plentiful, despite the many things I've heard about general quality suffering these days. I have no issues with them.I have however, been a little frustrated about the timeliness of the orders as of late. The last three times that I placed online orders, the food still took considerable time. It's a 10-minute drive to this location and usually it's on time. The last two times I had to pull around to the window and wait for them to begin. Even then, making my order took longer than usual.Not enough to run me off, but not the way I'm used to being served.
