Grand Cru Beer Cheese Market

I witnessed the co-owner, Alicia, curse out her husband, Rod, and customers. She emasculated her husband by telling him ‘F You’ the time I was there. Then, she told a customer to ‘go f yourself’ and then called that customer’s wife a C U Next Tuesday. Who does that? She’s supposed to be a professional and promote fair business and yet she ran across the floor to curse customers out because the guy customer didn’t like the way she cursed her husband out. Really? They were paying customers and only wanted a nice atmosphere. Highly do not recommend this establishment to anyone. If you do go, beware of foul language all around by the owner Alicia. She’s abhorrent.

We were passing through the area on a road-trip and noticed this place on Google Maps. Beer and cheese sounded great after a day on the road! Their social media boasted of live music and food specials along with pictures of yummy sandwiches and cheese platters. We drove off our path expecting a nicer dinner, beers and some live music. When we arrived there was no cheese to be found. Seemed rather misleading since cheese is in their name. After ordering beers I asked the bartender if we could place a food order. She looked at me funny and said the kitchen was closed as I could see an employee cooking behind her. I thought we must have missed the cutoff even though it was only 7:30pm. We went outside to enjoy the music and our beers. I noticed folks were bringing food out. I just assumed they must have ordered ahead. Since we were getting hungry we decided to hit the road and find a late dinner. On our way back out their was a line of folks ordering food from the same bartender. I felt very hurt and offended. I also think it’s false advertising to call yourself a cheese shop and not have any cheese for sale. The idea of a cheese and beer shop alongside live music sounds like a great idea but I don’t recommend this stop to any outsiders as you might be discriminated against.
